Token Based System: A user buys a quantity of Tokens  in what we call Price Blocks (Example 200 Tokens  at .10 cents per Tokens = $20.00 commonly used for Tipping.

Minutes are rounded up once the user has initiated each minute, if a user stops at 1 minutes and 2 seconds he is charged for 2 minutes, once the user initiates the next minute he is automatically charged.
