The Broadcaster approval module allows the admin to approve or decline each item in the signup approval process.  The items are stored under the broadcasters account.  If an item in the process is declined the admin can leave a message as to why for the applying broadcaster to view.  This premium feature allows an applying broadcaster to signup without having to send documents, everything is done online.  In the event an item was declined in the process or the applying broadcaster needs to come back at a later time, not a problem they just need to login and they start right where they left off, no need to start the process over again.
